All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available).

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
3️⃣ Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or during checkout.
4️⃣ Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Swoovio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or courier issues. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
5️⃣ Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable resolution in line with our policies.
